About

In these intimate sociocracy sessions we help each other deep dive into a professional or personal struggling situation and we emerge lighter, enlightened and up-lifted. Essential soft skills such as empathic listening, generative questioning together with non-judgmental attitude and group understanding are part of the many take-aways.

Our monthly sessions will take place from 23rd October 2023 to 10 June 2024 i.e., on every second Monday of the month.

Process

When you choose to participate in our program, you embark on a transformative journey spanning 9 engaging sessions. In each of these sessions, one individual will step into the spotlight, sharing a real-life situation that calls for both upliftment and solutions. What makes this experience unique is the collaborative approach we take, inspired by sociocracy principles. As the group comes together to brainstorm and propose solutions, this dynamic cycle repeats itself throughout the course of these 9 enriching sessions. Join us to explore the power of collective problem-solving and personal growth.

Benefits

Our Circle helps PWI Brussels’ members thrive in their professional growth by using a peer-to-peer co-development approach. They are a place where women gather to learn new ways of speaking, listening and relating to others in a confidential constructive setup.

By participating in the circles, you will be working on your own personal development and, through storytelling, contributing to the development of other women.

The circle It is a win–win process where participation is equal and all attendees benefit

Sessions are facilitated by Ana Escarpenter, an experienced and accredited coach and facilitator.
