NLP - An evening of Discovery
On Thursday October 28th, 2010, PWI presents NLP - An evening of discovery. Are you curious about NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)? Are you interested to know more about an approach that's been called:
- finding ways to help people have better, fuller and richer lives
- the instruction manual for your brain
- a model of communication and behaviour
Come and discover more about the fascinating ways we use language in our minds to create our subjective experience. Expect some fun ways of getting involved and take away some useful hints and tips.
And of course if you’re already an experienced ‘NLPer’, come and contribute to the fun!
Speakers
The evening will be facilitated by two senior partners from RobinsonHenry, both experts in global executive coaching, and with more than 15 years experience of applying NLP in practice.
Beverley Robinson, Managing Partner, RobinsonHenry
Before setting up RobinsonHenry, Beverley spent 20 years working as a senior manager for a leading player in the global ICT industry. She has broad international corporate communications experience across all constituencies, including media, investment analysts, government (local and national), opinion formers, customers, shareholders and employees.
In recent years, she has also developed a professional interest in leadership and executive development, and has complemented her communications skills with comprehensive training and experience in global executive coaching.
Beverley has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region, the US and Europe and has an impressive track record in leading international teams. She has particular strengths in career coaching, global leadership development and cross-cultural coaching.
Beverley is a qualified business coach and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential with the International Coach Federation.
Angela Jones, Partner, RobinsonHenry
Angela has more than 20 years’ varied experience in business management and has also worked across Europe in the not-for-profit sector, helping leading organisations to achieve sustainable excellence in management.
Her career has included senior roles in Barclays Bank plc and the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality of Management).
Angela is passionate about exploring the ways in which organisations can improve and grow and has particular expertise in leadership and corporate culture.
She is a qualified business coach and a Master Practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming. She has coached numerous senior teams, including many chief executives and other board directors.
Angela is an accomplished public speaker and has appeared on national radio and TV.
