Elections to Board and Programme Director positions are held once a year at the AGM, usually in April or May. The last Board was elected in May 2017, so the next Board is due to be elected in May 2019. In the case of resignations or other changes, an opportunity may arise within the Board term. See 2017-2019 job descriptions for Board Members: 2017 Board ALL (these may change for 2019-2021 when the new Board will take office) and for Programme Directors (team leader but non-Board positions): Programme-Directors-ALL. The roles of the different committees are explained here: Governance-Responsibilities

If you are interested in joining us as a volunteer meanwhile, there are many opportunities to get involved ranging from formal positions on committees all year round, to helping out at individual events or offering an hour or two of your professional skills (marketing, communication, analytics, events, customer service measurement, etc.) on a specific project.

Team and Programme leaders are expected to commit the necessary time and to attend events for which they are responsible. Please ensure that you are able to do this in order to support the other team members.

PWI Brussels Programmes: Mentoring, Entrepreneurship, STEAM, YourPath

Mentoring Team

The Mentoring Programme is one of the “shining stars” of our network at PWI Brussels and PWN Global. One of our key missions is to encourage mentoring among members and to encourage members to seek out mentors both within and outside their companies. It’s a valuable investment programme to provide additional guidance. Our formal programme helps women establish senior-level connections that can speed up careers.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and organised volunteer to join our Mentoring Team. She would be managing the daily running of the Mentoring Programme and assisting our Mentoring Director. The role is in a multicultural and HR soft skills environment and requires someone who can work independently and with a positive “can do” attitude. See also Mentoring page
