We will cover the basic concepts and then do exercises which help you to see how these basics can be applied in the real world. Knowing the real basic and fundamentals of effective communication will give you the chance to consciously improve your communication skills.

Homeira Kroone, 52, native Persian, Danish citizen and married to Alex Kroone, has a life background, which many would not envy at all.

The experiences in her life have given her this lesson which she summarizes in these few words: 'I am a fanatic and I am very proud of it. I am a fanatic in going after what works and what delivers results. If it does not work and it does not deliver results in reasonable time, then its not for me and its not for my clients!'

Her goal is to help her clients create a better life, via improved abilities which directly affect quality of their lives, such as communication, relationship, goals, marriage, motivation, children, self confidence and self-respect.

She is the founder of the recently established Life & Relationship Improvement Center which delivers workshops and individual tailor-made coaching to those clients who want to improve their lives and their relationships.

She describes her potential clients as those who: want to improve their abilities to keep calm when stress hits them; wants to get rid of their negative thoughts; wants to replace their own 'self invalidative thougths' with real self confidence and respect. Those who want to get rid of the complaining and nagging attitude they feel toward others, and achieve real understanding and affinity instead, which opens the door to achieve a real improvement in their relationships.
