PWI Workshop:

Finding the space to lead, the role of mindfulness

During this experiential workshop we will explore together what mindful leadership is and how mindfulness can help us to lead with more focus, clarity, creativity and compassion.

This workshop is for all – as we all influence life in some ways. As Jane Goodall said: “what you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make”.

Many leaders and influencers feel that they are not living their best lives – at work or at home. They feel something is missing. But what? The most frequent answer is…space. We often simply do not have the space necessary to be clear and focused, and to listen deeply to ourselves and to others.

Mindfulness, the ability to be in the moment without judgment, can provide the much needed skill to shift attention away from worrying about the past or future and direct it towards aspects of our lives that need our attention most.

The workshop will include mindfulness meditations as well as several practical exercises to help bring more clarity and focus to our daily lives.
