The Power of Personal Influence
Exclusive full day workshop
(working materials, refreshments and lunch included),
6 week post training support
Do you often feel like you are using up all of your energy trying to get through to others? Are you tired of repeating yourself? Is it difficult to convince others to make the right decision?
It may be time to learn how you can increase your impact and influence your environment and workplace.
Are you ready to rise to next level? Yes, but… how?
First, by achieving clarity of purpose: knowing yourself and why you do what you do. In this workshop, we’ll share simple tools to help you achieve this clarity of mind.
Second, by learning the art of persuasion: understanding how to influence others and save valuable energy that might otherwise be spent resolving conflicts.
In this workshop, you will:
Explore your long-term goals and define your personal purpose and values
Identify and understand the challenges of leadership with and without authority and how to use lateral leadership to promote and build partnerships
Understand the psychology of personal influence and how to hone your influencing skills effectively.
Recognize sources of conflict and the factors that foster collaboration
Identify the ethical boundaries between persuasion and manipulation and recognize integrity.
Learn how to motivate and inspire others, explore self awareness, recognize leadership styles and share ideas for self motivation and discipline.
During the session, we will combine exercises, reflection and theory. No preparation is required. You will get to know other participants and practice key interaction skills.
Leave feeling energized and equipped with the tools you need to expand your influence, take a lead in your life and work and increase your impact on the world around you. Join us for this full day workshop and register soon as spaces are limited !
