Entrepreneur & Tax payer… much simpler than you think:

"The 4 W’s Tax Optimization Method"

Between confiscatory “Western” taxes and tax havens, is there a place to wear my woman entrepreneur’s hats ?

An introduction to the 4 W's method for start-up entrepreneurs

A journey through the different ways to exercise one’s entrepreneurial activity in Belgium & Worldwide.

  • What are my legal and tax exposures?
  • What are the best practices when setting up my company?
  • Is loving to pay my taxes a realistic & achievable goal?

Since taxes and social security contributions are a major burden on our professional & private lives, fiscal and social optimisation is a legitimate managerial activity and is not necessarily illegal or immoral.

Maître Boeraeve retains from his previous journalistic experience the ability to simplify and explain in plain English the taxes and other mandatory contributions ...

During this informative event, he will introduce his original 4Ws Method to eliminate many confiscatory taxes.

Promoter of a fairer society in which states deprive us of less of the value that we create, bringing & accompanying us in this gained new (tax) autonomy that seemed reserved only to large groups of multinational companies, Mr. Boeraeve opens windows, reveals new horizons in our lives of entrepreneurs, employers, employees and investors...

We will  ask & collectively answer 4 questions:

  1. Where (in the world) should I base my enterprise & pay my taxes?
  2. What (Income Tax) should I (or a new legal entity) pay?
  3. Which (of the 4 taxable incomes of the individual income tax) should I Receive?
  4. Who bears the costs (the company or the individual) and what are they ?

Our Speaker:
Maître Christophe Boeraeve

"2 Quick questions:
  1. I am afraid we were born intelligent and things only get worse with aging... Is Knowledge not the Source of Life ?
  2. Why should we first present ourselves listing our degrees, work experiences and past professional accomplishments ?

I am someone who :

  • Does not take himself and life too seriously
  • Lightens the world up a little
  • Is a learned optimist and a curious person
  • Companion of 1, Father of 5, Colleague of 10, Friend of 20 and a Helping hand for hundreds
  • A YES sayer to work, life, friendship, love and laughter."

Being a Belgian and UAE resident, Mr Boeraeve is also  friend of the Israel & Middle-East Companies and Private individuals who specialises in International Tax Structuring & Planning, Corporate Taxation for Enterprises and Individuals, Cross-border Tax aspects, Restructurings, Company law, International mobility, Contract drafting, Inheritance, Treaties, and  Estate transactions & Contract law.
As Legal counsel, he advises on International Tax Issues while pursuing another professional passion for the law of Not-for-profit organizations (ASBL, AISBL & Foundations) & Volunteers.

In addition, he sits  on the Board of various legal entities with the motto : "Let us all contribute to a better world with more of the Value we create in our own hands & promoting Equality & Diversity.” and has been appointed EU expert in the HORIZON2020 EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation - Fast Track To Innovation and lectures at the ULB, Brussels/Luxembourg Business Institute for Higher Education and CBC as well as a Business Coach.
