  • Paris, France

For 23 years now, PWN Paris members, volunteers and friends gather for the annual congress. One of the network’s major events, the congress closes the busy year with an opportunity to get together for a full day, network, learn and develop new skills. For those interested in PWN, it is the ideal moment to meet our members and get a taste of what we do! We are an inclusive network, so men are welcome to join us too!

In today’s quickly changing times, our theme is dedicated to: "Talents and jobs of tomorrow". As Co-President Françoise Derolez states: “This theme was an obvious choice for  us as the digital transformation shakes our professional lives. At each level, we need to understand the challenges, build the future and think out of the box. PWN Paris’ ambition is to go from the vision to concrete jobs offers".

At PWN we believe in ever growing talents; the 2019 edition is built with and all around them! We believe that by discerning our talents, fostering and developing them, we will not only maintain our employability, but also develop our skills to support and push our ambition to tackle new projects, innovative missions and fly to new heights. Thanks to our experts and interactive workshops, we will not only learn how to analyse our skill portfolio and make to best choices to develop our potential, but exchange with inspiring leaders, benefit of coaching and hands-on support.

This year, we are particularly proud to welcome among our guest speakers Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, the visionary founder of PWN back in 1996. Seeking inspiration from her peers, international female Executives like herself, Avivah launched a movement that has today become PWN Global, bringing together 4000 members in 27 city networks.

Today, as the President of 21-First, a London based international gender consultancy, Avivah will share recent insights from her consultancy work. Do not miss this rare opportunity to hear her speak in France!
