Start with your unique talents and strengths
As Nelson Mandela is quoted: “There is no passion to be found playing small - in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.” It’s about leading from the inside out. The inside is your uniqueness: your talents, values, passion and purpose. Those are your unique building blocks, your key internal resources. This is about your ‘BE-ing’. Identifying those internal resources might not be easy but it is a crucial step to give sense and direction to your life, and give colour to your leadership.
What will we cover in this workshop?
In this workshop we are going to dive into the topic of talents. You will discover your talents and how they influence your behaviour. You will learn to recognise them and how to develop them further. We will let ourselves get inspired by the CoreTalents approach, a unique method which identifies your potential through what you played with between 4 and 12 years. This tool links all the activities we did at that age to a talent as an adult. We will learn how your talents influence your leadership and you can use them to develop your leadership and your personal brand. This is an interactive workshop, where insights come through engagements and interaction. Though there is no special preparation, please do bring your curiosity and willingness to learn!
About Ilse Noppen
This workshop is given by, Ilse Noppen, Leadership and Career Fulfilment Coach, True North Consulting. Ilse works with professionals who feel they somehow hold themselves back, are not getting the results they want. She helps them lead from an authentic place aligned with who they are to have their impact in the world, feeling empowered and with a relaxed self-confidence.
Ilse has a background in Human Resources consultancy, in the area of Executive Search, Assessment and Development Centers. More recently, she has focused on leadership and motivational coaching, working with individuals and groups. She is an ICF certified coach and holds certifications of CoreTalents and the Cultural Orientation Framework. She has consulted for a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors and geographies including Boehringer Ingelheim (Latin America and Europe), Sanofi (France), KBC Group, Carrefour (Belgium), Martinhal Group (PT), United Nations (UNDP, UNHCR, UNOPS (Europe and Asia)), European Institutions (Belgium).
