Fourth session: Your Path Sharing Circle

26 January 2021, 18:30-20:30
Online (via Zoom)

Creating co-developed career choices

  • Would you like to learn from your own peers?
  • Are you looking for a supportive and collaborative approach to face personal and professional challenges and to navigate through change?
  • Do you want to help and be helped through structured exercises?

Join us for the fourth session of Your Path Sharing Circle!

Sharing Circles are closed sessions among peers to help each other grow and succeed. They are scheduled every fourth Tuesday of the month. Sharing Circle is a part of the PWI Brussels Your Path programme.

Our Sharing Circles help PWI Brussels’ members thrive in their professional growth by using a peer-to-peer co-development approach. They are a place where women gather to learn new ways of speaking, listening and relating to others. By participating in the circles, you will be working on your own personal development and, through storytelling, contributing to the development of other women.

It is a win–win process where participation is equal and all attendees benefit from the supportive and authentic nature of the circle itself.

What you will get

  • Nine 2-hour circles - group sessions that combine training and peer-to-peer coaching
  • Access to a private Facebook or LinkedIn group as a space for exchange between and after Circle sessions.
  • A complimentary (free of charge) registration to all our sessions, available for PWI members only.
Dates of sessions
  • 23 February
  • 30 March
  • 27 April
  • 25 May
  • 29 June (close)

  • Future sessions will be held either online of face-to-face (Zoom). The choice of the format will depend on the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic in Brussels.
  • The venue for face-to-face sessions is the East Poland House: Avenue de Tervueren 48 – 1040 Brussels (Merode area).

What previous participants highlighted about their experience with the Circle:

  • provides a safe environment
  • very efficient programme to help people grow personally and professionally
  • sustains PWI network
  • birth of new friendship
  • creation of solidarity among others
  • a journey in personal transformation: quite valuable
  • a fantastic opportunity to promote mutual support, solidarity and leadership among professional women
  • a confidential and no-judgemental environment.
