An introduction to ICCHA and the children's dreams and the presentation of a future social event

During April's networking drinks evening, PWI is delighted to welcome Hugo Pereira, Sales and Marketing manager at ICCHA , who will inform us about an NGO in India that works with underprivileged children and share with us his experience. A good exemple on how representatives from the Y gen are giving back and stepping out of their confort zone.

Our second guest speaker, Sonia Busselen, member of the PWI Executive Team, will take this opportunity to present a new event she is organising for PWI: a unique guided tour through the historical center of Louvain.
The proposed program combines social, cultural and historical elements and it includes two  sections:

1. VISIT (Duration: 2, 5 hours):
- Welcome and introduction by Elke Zelderloo, Representative of the Provincial Government.
Guided walk through the historical centre:
the Gothic Town Hall, the impressive Saint-Pieters Church, guild houses, the baroque church of Saint-Michiels, some remarkable colleges of the University, House Van ‘t Sestich, stroll through the Grand Beguinage (which is a town in a town), Chapel of Saint-Antonius (father Damian’s grave)

2. MEAL in a typical environment followed by your own planning, shopping ...Meal is to be paid personally.

The date of the guided tour is being fixed and will be around the middle of June and will soon be communicated by PWI in the event section of the PWI website and via mail.
