From loss to growth, the transformative power of the grieving process

We all face losses in our lives. We lose people, jobs, health, dreams for the future, beliefs, independence, etc. Some losses do follow the natural development of life. Others do not. All losses are challenging and some will have a strong disruptive impact on our life. Losses need to be grieved. The grieving process is a healing process to restore our interior equilibrium after a loss.
The presentation is about the grieving process and about its transformative potential. Grieving and mourning will lead to growth. Lots of taboos and fears exist around the subject – while it is a natural process. The presentation is intended to contribute to the understanding of losses and the grieving process. 


 Our Speaker: Christa Cantieni Cunin

Christa is an Executive Coach. She worked as a company Legal Manager in Switzerland until 2004. After moving to Brussels she worked as an EU-Lobbyist. In 2008 she founded her boutique firm SAMIDA coaching & consulting.
Christa is an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified Coach. She is trained in Leadership, Management skills, Communications, NLP, Systemics, etc. Christa graduated in law from the University of Bern and holds a Masters degree both from New York University (NYU) and from ULB Brussels. .
