Svjetlana Jerkovic is a Global Head of Raw Materials at ICL Global Procurement Organization (GPO) in Amsterdam.
In 2022, Svjetlana was co-leading a team of global representatives of GPO Supply Chain and Capex organization focused on implementation of Corporate Sustainability programs and policies. She continuous to actively engage in customer and supplier projects related to Scope 3, Product Carbon Footprint and implementation of Together for Sustainability program at GPO.
As a Global Executive with more than twenty years of experience in manufacturing and distribution sector she has seen huge positive shifts and ongoing transformation in the field of sustainability especially in the last decade. She is dedicated to creating positive societal impact by leading global teams to create innovative growth focused on collaboration across ecosystems.
Svjetlana holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from McGill University and a Global Executive OneMBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.
She serves as a Mentor and a Membership committee member at Women in Chemicals organization.
Monali Bagul is the Head of the Business Intelligence team at ICL Global Procurement Organization in Amsterdam.
At ICL, Monali leads the charge in driving sustainability forward through the Global Procurement Sustainability program, actively enabling suppliers sustainability assessment through TFS/EcoVadis .
She is working hand in hand with various ICL teams on global sustainability initiatives, diving deep into areas like Scope-3 emissions, Supplier PCF data and CBAM , backed with data to drive meaningful change.
Her passion for sustainability extends beyond initiatives; she's actively involved in shaping ICL global sustainability policy and reporting. Monali spearheads the creation and development of Sustainability-related policies, ESG reports, and internal communications, ensuring standardization, transparency and accountability within the procurement organization.
Monali holds a gold medal in Chemical Engineering from Gujarat University, India, and a Master's degree in Finance.
With 14 years of experience in business development, market intelligence, data analytics, and sustainable procurement, she is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the world through data driven sustainable initiatives within the chemical industry.
The webinar is facilitated by Paula Moral Santiago – STEAM Program Director at PWI. Paula showed an interest in Maths and Science since an early age. She studied Industrial Engineering and has developed her career in the food and automotive manufacturing industries, having worked in Spain, Switzerland, Italy and Belgium. Passionate of the Supply Chain, in her 20 years of career she has covered different roles in this area. She is eager to further explore challenges and opportunities in the Supply Chain of the future, as she firmly believes that it has an important role to play in Sustainability.
An advocate for diverse leadership and gender balance in Technical and Engineering careers, she is thrilled to lead the STEAM program in PWI.
The webinar is hosted by Christine Heeger – Managing Partner at Phoenix Executive, an international executive search dedicated to diversity and inclusion. Christine knows that women often lead sustainability initiatives, and companies with strong female leadership achieve higher sustainability performance. She is keen on better understanding how sustainable procurement drives these initiatives.”
