PWI is pleased to welcome Francesca Del Neroas our guest speaker for this event. 


"After a career full of satisfaction and success in a merchant bank, it may look strange that I launched myself into a very new challenge. When this opportunity came, I embraced it and it has become my whole professional life.

I founded and I run this school which has opened its doors to people who share the same principles and beliefs about integrity.

I will share with you my business challenge and how this school project works".

Francesca Del Nero

Francesca Romana Del Nero is the founder and Managing Director of School for Dreamers.


Francesca graduated in Law and has expertise in banking marketing. As a Manager in the financial field, she worked in the corporate world for many years and she understands the dynamics and challenges that characterize it.


She has been a consultant to GE Capital Interbanca as coordinator of the Health Ahead program.


Francesca left GE Capital in 2010 to gather around her a team of enthusiastic people involved in a project aimed at spreading a message of renewal of the individual for a new economic and social reality. She is responsible for the School for Dreamers project.


She is also the founder and Managing Director of Efdien Consulting SRL, her publishing house.
