PWI has an established mentoring program which is helping women in Belgium with many areas of career and personal growth. It is an exciting and rewarding program to be part of and we receive very positive feedback from both mentees and mentors.

As interest in mentoring is growing along with the awareness of the critical importance of mentoring for many women in their career progress we are looking to bring more people into our program as mentors. Mentors benefit greatly from the experience with insights from the mentee as well as their own development. Companies view employees who have experience as mentors positively as it shows leadership and developmental capacities.


We are holding an evening event specifically for current and potential mentors to meet, share experiences and learn about the PWI mentoring program. You may already be involved in mentoring through your company or with another network and this will be an opportunity to share best practice. You do not need to commit to being a mentor to attend this meeting but if you have an interest in mentoring now or in the future we would be delighted to see you.
